Binar Job Connect is currently looking for Product Owner for one of our clients.

• Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders.
• Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
• Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new features.
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
• Work closely with Product team to create and maintain a product features according to business value.
• Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities.
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
• Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
• Research and analyze market and the users.
• Follow our competitors, the industry and new trends.

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field
• Min 2 years Work experienced as a Product Owner
• Min 2 years Work experienced similar role in product management
• Familiarity with agile is a Must
• Preferable work experienced in finance industry
• Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
• Team spirit and good communication abilities
• Good organizational skills
